Research methods: dialectical method of scientific cognition, method of theoretical generalization, method of analysis and synthesis, groupments and classifications, factor analysis, structural method, method of statistical analysis, method of comparative analysis, method of questionnaire and expert estimations. Results: conception of process control of adaptation of hotel industry of Ukraine to the terms of informative economy, methodical approach to estimations of efficiency of introduction of information technologies in hotel industry, model of estimation of level of informatization of hotel industry of Ukraine, methodical approach to the analysis of influencing of hotel industry on the state of national economy, model of co-operation of influencing of internal and external factors of integration of hotel industry of Ukraine to the terms of informative economy. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of local organs of power, enterprises of hotel industry.
