Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the chemical construction of the perspective for practical application multilevel magnetosensitive nanostructures with the functions of biomedical nanorobots, investigation of their physical and chemical properties, identification of common patterns of physico-chemical processes. Novel nanostructures - nanocomposites and magnetic fluids were synthesized. The chemical construction of magnetosensitive nanocomposites with hierarchical architecture and multifunctional properties was carried out; the conditions for the chemical processes of the construction of architectural elements were identified and optimized; the modification of nanoparticles surface with biocompatible coating and immobilization of the given organic and inorganic compounds was held. Comprehensive (chemical, physical, biomedical) studies of the obtained nanocomposites have been performed. Thus, models of newest immunomagnetic means for chemo-, immuno- and neutron-capture therapy with the functions of biomedical nanorobots were created.
