Essay

The work has investigated questions of forming the institution of private accusation and it's legal status. It has been proved the position, that procedure of proving in cases of private accusation crimes has all the basic elements: collecting, checking and valuation of evidences, and the circumstances that are subject to determine in this category of cases are due to general subjects of proving.
