Essay

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical questions of extradition of persons in Ukraine. Genesis studied extradition in criminal procedural law of Ukraine. It is shown location of the person in legal extradition. The prescribed level of implementation of international norms that regulate social relations in the field of extradition of persons to national legislation. Your actual content of the grounds of detention of the person who committed crimes outside Ukraine. Certain provisional arrest and extradition arrest as a separate species of preventive measures and set the grounds for their application.
