Stefanchuk M. Executive Authorities as Party to Administrative Jurisdiction Proceedings in Ukraine

The thesis provides a scientific research of the executive authority participation in administrative jurisdiction proceedings. A special attention was given to the general theoretical issues, including the definition of the administrative procedural status. The notion, the features and the peculiarities of a special and a general administrative procedural legal status were researched. The concept of a party as the main person involved in the administrative jurisdiction was analysed. It was also defined that the executive authority as a party may participate in the administrative jurisdiction proceedings on the claimant side, and recently the share of such disputes has increased.
