Essay

The thesis is devoted to increasing children's adaptive capacities of the organism in critical periods of its development through the normalization of D-vitamindepended metabolism and functional state of the cardiovascular system. It is set, that for healthy primary school children there is a combination of violations of adaptive capacity and availability of body vitamin D, which justifies the need for a group of children with calcium deficiency and D-hypovitaminosis at risk for developing osteoporosis in the future and of their timely correction of violations. Determined that for all healthy primary school children with D-hypovitaminosis there are changing the lipid spectrum of blood against symptoms of autonomic dysfunction, dysfunction of conductance and heart rate, high average indices of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, which can be a risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease in the future. Evidence-based and implemented a complex correction, which consists of a balanced diet and pharmacological therapy, which helps normalize the autonomic nervous, and cardiovascular systems of the body, calcium-phosphorus homeostasis, vitamin-D-sufficiency, lipid metabolism and increases the adaptive capacity of the organism.
