Dissertation is devoted to the study of institutional and legal principles of administrative-legal protection of citizens' environmental rights. The nature of environmental rights was determined as the object of administrative-legal protection. Legal basis of such security activity was explored. The concept and structure of administrative-legal mechanism of citizens' environmental rights protection were defined. Aim and objectives, principles and levels of administrative and legal protection of citizens' environmental rights were explored.
