Bondarenko O. Administrative legal framework of educational activities of higher educational establishments of Ukraine

The dissertation is a comprehensive study of administrative and legal foundations of the of higher educational establishments educational activities in Ukraine. Stages of development of the higher education institution as a subject of the educational process of the state are specified in the work. The peculiarities of the higher education institution as an object of the administrative regulation functioning are disclosed. The concept of "higher education institution functioning" is defined. The author's view of the notions "educational activity of higher education institution ", "regulatory and legal framework of the educational institution" is proposed and goals.
