Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the risk factors of the complications and peculiarities of their elimination during periodontal surgery in the complex treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis. During initial examination was revealed that the overwhelming majority of patients (100%) have risk factors (local and systemic) for the periodontal surgery. The level of the endogenous organism intoxication is one of the powerful factors of the developing of the periodontal surgerycomplications. The algorithms of therapeutic, prophylactic and endodontic measures at the stages of the complex treatment of generalized periodontitis, directed toward the elimination of the phenomena of intoxication both in the periodontium, and organism as a whole were developed. Their effectiveness in treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis in the nearest and remote periods of observationsis was shown.
