Essay

The thesis presents a comprehensive and systematic study of public administration of culture sphere. Analysis of historical development and determination of the main categories of the culture sphere is given the meaning and the essence of a modern normative-legal base which regulated this area also are working the system of public authorities and NGOs in the culture sphere are studied. It is proved that culture is an area that has a complex structure and is part of a social and cultural branch.
