The peculiarities of analysis administrative and legal regulation of financial monitoring on fund market have been discovered; legal and organizational foundations of state bodies activity according to regulatory influence on sharers of value papers in the process of financial monitoring, specific character of forms and methods of administrative and legal regulation of financial monitoring on fund market have been defined and summarized; and the proposals for actual legislation improvement in the mentioned field and its application practice have been formulated in this dissertation on the basis of the national and foreign scientific, scientific and publicistic works and sources of actual national legislation analysis.
