Dissertation makes complex study of the actual theoretical issues of the guarantee of personal rights in criminal procedure and practical problems of their realization in limitation of personal rights for inviolability of the personal life of citizens in criminal procedure. There are analyzed the grounds and limits of criminal-procedural interference into personal life of citizens. The content of the institute of inviolability of personal life in terms of its components of rights and freedoms of citizens, which are limited during the criminal-procedural activities, is analyzed.
