This candidate's thesis is devoted to developing theoretical, methodic and practical objects for grounding of management and economic mechanism of realization of state innovational policy in the sphere of international tourism. In this research essence of national tourism innovational system, and state innovational policy in the sphere of tourism are investigated. Factors, tendencies and innovational determinates in the modern international tourism development are discussed.
