TThe given work aim was improving the prosthetic rehabilitation quality in the patients with complete adenty on mandible with a support to the dental implants with own-constructed abutment applying. The authors have made a basement, have managed and have introduced the abutment new form for the odontal-dentured construction reliable fixation. The implants necessary amount as well as their location at toothless mandibles non-fixed denturing performance have been proven with mathematical estimations. A decision making algorythm about dental implanting in mandibular complete adenty has been managed. Surgical pattern making methodics for osseal bed preparing under implant has been improved. Clinical-laboratory stages consequences and content have been developed. The patients odontal-jaw system masticatory effectiveness restoration degree has been determined by electromyographic investigations after dental implanting dependently on denturing way.
