Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of physical-mechanical parameters of polymeric bases materials and increase of efficiency of orthopedic treatment by removable artificial prosthetic appliances by the improvement of technology of polymerization of polymers at of treatment by an ultrasound. In-process dissertation the represented results of laboratory and clinical researches of quality of polymeric materials and removable artificial prosthetic appliances, is made on technologies of polymerization. It is set after of laboratory researches, that the bases of removable artificial prosthetic appliances, is made on technology of ultrasonic treatment, have higher durability in 1,5 time. The conducted researches set reliable interdependence between the method of making of bases of removable prosthetic appliances, their thickness level of remaining monomer and index аbsorption of water. Analysis of results of сlinic-laboratory researches in the groups of supervisions set for certain the best indexes of functional quality of the removable artificial prosthetic appliances made during polymerization by an ultrasound.
