Romanynets M. Genesis of the idea of responsibility in law: philosophical and legal aspects

The philosophical and legal understanding of the genesis of the idea of responsibility in law interpreted against the background of the formation and development of philosophical and legal thought in the context of different interpretations of responsibility with regard to historical features of the evolution of law and its focus on the essential characteristics of responsibility and its relationship with freedom and justice. Legal liability is considered as due to historical, social and cultural-attitudinal terms of perceived need to comply with the subject of the law, which provides him guaranteed by the state and society without hindrance of freedom.
