In work summarizes major philosophical and methodological attitudes, on the basis of which the relations in sphere of "conduct of the person - law" was recomprehented. The necessity of introducing into the scientific circulation such definition as "the mechanism of axiological and normative determination of legal conduct of a person" was advanced, through the prism of its understanding as the process of concerted co-operation of legal influence and legal regulation as system of basic terms and factors, which determined conscious socially meaningful activity of legal subject, able to cause legal consequences, that is directed on co-operating with a legal environment.
