The object is the process of management the steady development is on industrial enterprises. The aim is forming of theoretical and applied bases the mechanism of management by steady development of food industry enterprises is for the increase of efficiency their activity. The methods are walkthrough, generalizations, economically-statisticals, factor analysis, mathematical design, graphic, experimental. The results - theoretical generalizations are given and it is formed recommendations in relation to forming the mechanism of management by steady development of food industry enterprises. The novelty - the methodical approach are offered near determination of top and lower limits the values of indexes the steady development. The results of the work are implemented into practical activity of such bakery enterprises: JSC "Ternopil milkfactory", LTD "Nadzbruchchya bread", PP "Pochaiv breadfactory", JSC "Ivano-Frankivsk-milk", LTD "Yarychiv", JSP "Lutsk beerfactory" and in the educational process of the Ternopil National Economic University. The field: activity of food industry enterprises.
