The aim is forming of theoretical and applied bases the mechanism of management by steady development of food industry enterprises is for the increase of efficiency their activity. The methods are walkthrough, generalizations, economically-statisticals, factor analysis, mathematical design, graphic, experimental. The results - theoretical generalizations are given and it is formed recommendations in relation to forming the mechanism of management by steady development of food industry enterprises.
