Zakharchenko O. The activities of the investigator in searching and finding the location of the accused

The dissertation is devoted to procedural and organizational problems of the institute of searching of the accused in criminal procedure in general and in activities of the investigator in particular. A comprehensive scientific study of the uprising, development and implementation of the investigator's activity, aimed to finding the location of the accused and his searching was conducted. There were analyzed the current views on the theoretical concepts of the criminal procedure law, as well as new approaches to solving problems that do not provide the requirements of the theory and practice. There were formulated the proposals for amendments and additions to the criminal procedure law.
