In the thesis the content and subject of institute and institutional environment concept was studied and its components determining the varieties of influence on agrarian enterprises were systematized. The use of transaction costs determined by conflicts among stakeholders and caused by their behavioral prerequisites (patterns) for measuring of institutional environment influence on the competitiveness of agrarian enterprise was suggested. A fourstage procedure of agrarian enterprise competitiveness complex estimation on the basis of ideology of the "Value Based Management" indices system.
