Essay

The dissertation introduces results of the comparative law study of economic crimes under Muslim law. The author on the basis of general provisions of Muslim law, basic institutions of Muslim criminal law has explored the definition, signs, classification of economic crimes which are known to Muslim law. Provisions of criminal law under study have been compared with appropriate criminal law provisions of both Islamic countries and foreign countries.
