Essay

The thesis is devoted to the procesual and oranisational problems of evidence and trial procedure circumstances of private charge. The steps of origin and development of the private charge have been investigated. The complex research of definition, entity, grounds, terms and procedure of criminal prosecution has been carried out. Particularly it was suggested to deprive judicial bodies of criminal prosecution functions taking such a category of crimes to the protocol conducting form. The circumstances that are the subjects of evidence in the issues of private charge have been cleared up and analysed in details.
