Polyakova O. The administrative and legal regulation of servicemen's conduct in Armed Forces of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted for research the theoretical-legal bases settlements of conduct servicemen of the Military Powers of Ukraine and practice of its application. In the work determines role and place of servicemen in the military organization of the state and the legal adjusting's features of their conduct. The essence of military law and its correlations with an administrative law is separately analyzed. The features of service regulations as source of military law, military order, as the act of state administration and breach of discipline, like a type of legal conduct of servicemen were studied. The conclusions are formulated on the base of conducted research, and offered proposals about improvement of military organization and military management, also is given the row of suggestion in relation to making alteration in a military legislation.
