Treschovа E. The state compulsion in the administrative legal proceeding of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted complex development of problems of concept, kinds, features, legal adjusting and application of state compulsion in the administrative legal proceeding of Ukraine. Theoretical bases are formed for effective counteraction of administrative courts judges to abuses by judicial rights, to the facts of nonperformance of their judicial duties and feasance of other offences the participants of judicial trials in administrative businesses, realizations of judicial consideration of so goes the world on bases of supremacy of right and legality. By the analysis of operating positions of Code of the administrative legal proceeding of Ukraine the concrete types of measures of warning, stopping, responsibility and defence are selected, which can be used in practice of the administrative legal proceeding. Done suggestion in relation to the improvement of the legal adjusting and application of measures of state compulsion in the administrative legal proceeding of Ukraine, improvement of defence of rights and freedoms of citizens administrative courts, rights and legal interests of legal entities in a public-imperious sphere, including in the method of account here front-rank experience of providing of relations of administrative justice, ES formed in countries.
