Leontovych S. Development of financial controls over budget funds in agriculture economics

The thesis discusses theoretical and methodological foundations of the sys-tem of control over budget spending in the agricultural sector. Comprehensive study of various aspects of nature and the role of control in the management of socio-economic systems, tracks the social and economic nature of financial control in the public administration system and the peculiarities of the financial control of budget spending in the agricultural sector. The system of control over budget spending in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, in particular, identifies the main elements and functions of government funding programs of Agricultural Economics, examines the mechanisms of control in the agricultural sector, identifies weaknesses in financial controls implemented by the use of budget funds in the agricultural sector. An attempt to study measures to improve the system of control over budget spending in the agricultural sector. The possibilities of streamlining procedures for monitoring the agricultural sector, discussed ways to ensure control system re-quirements of the World Trade Organization, the strategy of the system of state control over budget spending in the agricultural sector.
