The approaches of budget mechanism of the Armed Forces of Ukraine personnel's finance support have been formed in the thesis. The budget mechanism's structure in accordance with budget expenditures' peculiarities has been determined. The new methodological approaches to the state budget expenditures' classification refer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine personnel's support that are based on the implementation of two-level budget programs' structure have been offered. The nature of state budget expenditures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine personnel's support and their role in the service personnel's logistics has been discovered. The most optimal approaches among them are budget programs' quantity cutdown, budget management's methods implementation such as budgeting, further realization and improvement of monitoring methods and budget programs' estimation have been determined from viewpoint of the mentioned expenditures that are funded by the many different budget programs and it makes difficult control over their effective exploitation. The model of service personnel's pay based on the implementation of base pay. The approaches of service personnel logistics infrastructures' optimization through the garrison logistics centers' establishment.
