Essay

The dissertation investigates the improvement of theoretical and methodological background to the process of diversification. Economic nature of the diversification phenomenon and evolution of its interpretation in economic science are exposed. Classification of diversification strategies is carried out, reasons of conduction of diversification are grouped. Indexes for the quantitative estimation of diversification level are offered. The method of calculation of cash flow on the invested capital is improved.
