Suvorov V. Institutional-economic mechanism of customs affair modernization

In this thesis constituent elements of customs affair's institutional environment are specified and essential connections between them are investigated. The competence and instruments of international organizations in scope of customs affair are analyzed. The necessity of customs affair's modernization in Ukraine is substantiated on base of comparative analysis of indicators of functioning of customs authorities of Ukraine, US, France and Finland. Problem aspects of customs affair's implementation in Ukraine in the modern period are identified. The institutional-economic mechanism of customs affair modernization that based on customs affair's harmonization, procedures simplification and enforcement is substantiated.
