3. Object of research: the technological of ammonia oxidation and receipt of platinum group metals from slimes of nitric acid production. The target of the research: improved technology utilization of platinum group metals from the sludge production of platinum nitric acid and determination of the effect of process parameters on the loss of platinoid catalyst in the oxidation of ammonia on knitted platinoid catalyst. Methods of research: for the decision of tasks used a complex of modern methods of theoretical and experimental research. To determine the chemical composition of raw materials and finished product using physical and chemical methods of research (atomic-adsorption, laser and atomic mass spectrometry, x-ray, rentgenoflourestsentny). Differential thermal analysis of sludge performed on derivatografі F. Paulik, I. Paulik, L. Erdey firm IOM (Hungary). For the study of the microstructure of the surface of the catalyst used a scanning raster electronic microscope "JEOL" - JSM-6390LV. Theoretical and practical results: the dependence of process parameters during the oxidation of ammonia under a pressure of 0.716 MPa on a knitted catalyst composition of the next 95% - Pt, 5% - Rh. Experimentally investigated their effect on the loss of platinoid catalyst and an equation for computation of optimal operating conditions platinoid catalysts. The basic technological parameters of platinoids utilization of slimes. The possibility of using hydrochloric acid solution of hydrazine for recovery of platinum, palladium and rhodium. A method for the restoration of partially spent catalyst platinoid electrochemical method using a phosphate electrolyte. The research allowed to offer the technological scheme of extraction of platinum group metals from the platinum-containing slimes production of nitric acid. Novelty: determine the optimal technological parameters of the process of oxidation of ammonia on a knitted platinoid catalyst and studied the regularity of its losses, an influence of okisnyuvalno -reduction reactions on the surface of the catalyst, developed physico-chemical conditions and technological parameters of burning, acid dissolution of production, the extraction and recovery of platinum group metals. The degree of implementation: plan for implementation. Scope of application: chemical industry.
