Based on studies in patients with schizophrenia clinical and phenomenological anhedonia features and its relationship with social, demographic, clinical, anamnestical and psychopathological characteristics of those patients were identified principles of anhedonia treatment to improve the quality of life and prevention of suicidal behavior for patients with schizophrenia. Two phenomenological types of anhedonia in schizophrenia were allocated. The feathers affecting the expression anhedonia in schizophrenia were revealed. Established that the presence anhedonia in clinical picture of schizophrenia is an important factor for suicidal behavior. We prove the effectiveness of atypical antipsychotics in combination with psychotherapy for anhedonia treatment. Applied the anhedonia treatment led to a reduction anhedonia, displays of negative and depressive symptoms, improve quality of life and social functioning of patients with schizophrenia. Scientifically proved using the atypical antipsychotics with psychotherapy for anhedonia treating in schizophrenia for improving compliance, adherence and concordance of therapy.
