A new method of treatment developed and researched in which plasma coating layer shall be undergo the cyclic heating of the CO2 laser radiation 4-6 times by temperature of 0.6-0.8 melting point.A proposed mathematical model determines the parameters of irradiation of laser cyclic heating on plasma coating layer provides heating to T <Tm, on the plasma coating layer and T= 1000 C on the border of "substrate-coating".This causes the change of adhesion strength of coated layer to the substrate from 16-20 to 90-110 MPa,wearproof 2-3 times.
