The thesis deals with the improvement of complex treatment and prevention in infants with hemorrhagic brain damage who were born with extreme and very low birth weight, based on research in the incidence, the role of prenatal factors in its development, clinical features, the intensity of lipid peroxidation, oxidative modification of protein, acidic fraction of nucleic acids, changes in structural and functional state of erythrocyte membranes, which will help reduce the incidence of morbidity, mortality and disability in children. The main factors that determine the frequency of IVH in preterm infants in maternity hospitals. The influence of prenatal factors on the development of hemorrhagic brain lesions in infants with very low birth weight. Proved mechanisms involved in the formation of svobonoradikalnogo oxidation disorders of homeostasis in the body in prenatal pathology. It is established that for preterm infants with very low birth weight is characterized by structural and functional changes in erythrocyte membranes, providing compensatory reactions to ensure adaptation to the postnatal period. It is proved that the inclusion of salts of succinct acid (reamberin) in the comprehensive treatment in the first hours of life in infants with very low birth weight, helps reduce the incidence of IVH, improve their clinical course.
