Moroz S. Justification options transporter-grain separator

The subject of research is the process of screen separation of grain on the stationary flat rod screen of conveyor-separator. The object of work is cleaning grain by means of conveyor-separator and grounding of its parameters. Theoretical researches are done with the use of elements of theoretical mechanics, differential and integral calculation and mathematical modelling. The results of experimental researches are processed with the use of elements of probability and mathematical statistics theory. The analytical model of grain movement along the stationary sloping surface taking into account interlaminar interaction of parts is improved; the theory and practice of grain separation on the rod screen got further development; the mathematical model of grain movement along the cylindrical surface of calibrating bridge of rod screen is specified; new patterns of grain screening on the stationary screen conveyor-separator were first obtained. The elements of conveyor-separator's construction are protected by Ukrainian Patent and two Patents of Ukraine on useful model. The experimental model of conveyor-separator was tested in Kirovohrad Institute of Agro-industrial Development of Ukrainian National Academy of Agrarian Sciences.
