Essay

The discloses actuality and necessity of management of effectiveness of innovation activities in trade companies are developed in this dissertation. It proposes a comprehensive scientific approach to development of conceptual foundation of methodology of management of effectiveness of innovation activities. The innovation of the concept is based on implementation of modular approach to realization of objectives of innovation activities in trade companies. It also provides a comprehensive methodology developed for monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of innovation activities in the retail sector. Related practical and theoretical aspects of information requirements are examined in detail. The conceptual foundations disclosed can be recommended for usage is trade companies as a leverage of increasing their competitiveness.
