Trygub A. Administrative and legal framework for food security in Ukraine

The thesis is the first in the national administrative and legal science monographic research problems of administrative and legal framework for food security in Ukraine. Dissertation is devoted to the study of administrative and legal regulation of food security of Ukraine and ways of its improvement. The development of scientific ideas on the regulation of food security, international legal acts and acts of national legislation has been investigated. Author proposes to determine the food security as separate part of the national security. Also author have investigated the competence of the Ukrainian authorities in the field of food security and defined subjects of it direct ensuring. Besides, the principles such ensuring has been determined. The suggestions of the improvement of food security legal regulation have been provided.
