The object of the research is the process of economic growth administration. The methods of the researchare : analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, abstract logical method, statistic method, calculation, comparative and graphic methods, system approach, econometric modeling. Practical importance of the work lies in the fact that the utilization of the given recommendations as to the improvement of the system of bank crediting of the industrial enterprises helps the solution of the actual problem of economic growth acceleration under the institutional conditions of transformation economy of Ukraine. Scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the fact that for the first time scientific and methodic approach to defining the link between the bank crediting of industrial enterprises and national economy development was elaborated. Methodic approach to organization of the centralized information collection on the indexes of financial services availability in Ukraine, methodic approach to the analysis of the banks activity, the concept of the influence of the industrial enterprise crediting on the development of the national economy is improved. The classification of the models that reflect interdependence between the indexes of the bank sector and economic growth, organizationaland economic factors of state administration of financial sectors were further developed.
