Object - condition of periodontal tissues in patients with osteoarthritis and those without somatic pathology; aim – to improve the efficiency of complex treatment for periodontal diseases of patients with osteoarthritis based on the use of medical schemes with chloride-sodium-calcium mineral water оf Novozbruchanska mine in Ternopil region; methods – clinical, radiological, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, statistical, results – developed and clinically tested scheme of complex treatment for generalized periodontitis of patients with osteoarthritis using chloride-sodium-calcium mineral water and appointments system osteotropic drugs „Kaltsemin” and „Akvadetrym” can achieve favourable outcomes in the short- and long-term observations; industry – stomatology.
