Object: biomechanical system of recovery of devital teeth by fiberglass posts. Aim: improvement of restoration and reconstruction quality of the coronal part of the tooth. Methods: experimental, clinical-diagnostic, statistical. Results: rational choice of sealers on the stages of root canal obturation and in-canal posts fixation was substantiated, proved appropriateness of the restoration of significant defects in the coronal part of the front teeth using fiberglass posts.
