Essay

In the dissertation a comprehensive analysis of the management of pre-trial investigation in national criminal proceedings has been conducted. Particular attention is focused on means of implementation of the function of the management of pre-trial investigation. Prospects of the organizational structure of management of pre-trial investigation in criminal justice reform have been characterized. The powers of the chief of investigative unit, the head of investigative group and investigator-methodist and features of implementation of the function of pre-trial investigation has been defined.
