Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical problems of proof at the trial stages of criminal proceedings in cases of bribery. This paper analyzes the current laws and draft CPC of Ukraine regarding the status and activities of the court and the parties to trial in the criminal procedure of proof in the context of contemporary approaches to the administration of justice, taking into account features of the competitive type of justice.
