Essay

The paper explored the role and place of extradition in criminal procedural law of Ukraine. It is shown location of Public Prosecutions in legal extradition. Defined subject and object of supervision of the legality of extradition, as well - the main task of the prosecutor in this area of its activities. Defined target consolidate relations legislation in the field of supervision of the issuing entity in Ukraine and the issuing entity to another state.
