Object of research - radial semiotics of changes of bones at 126 patients with multiple myeloma (MM). A research objective: increase of informing of radial diagnostics of damage of bones on the basis of comparative study of efficiency of data of sciagraphy, spiral computer tomography, twopower x-ray photography densitometry, orthopantomography. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory, statistical processing of results. Novelty: the comparative estimation of informing of different methods of radial diagnostics is first conducted for the exposure of signs of pathology of the bone system in the different groups of patients with multiple myeloma. Results: Spiral KT has advantage at the exposure of pathological changes of spine, in the bones of skull, ossifluence of pelvic bones at patients with MM. Spiral KT is a high-informing and sensible method in diagnostics of soft tissue plasmacytomas, which are not visualized at a routine X-ray imaging. Developed and offered algorithm of radial diagnostics of bones skeleton's lesions at patients with MM. It is introduced in practice of the department of radiography and hematology Ivano-Francovs, Kirovograd, Nickolaev clinic, Chernovcy hospital, Lvov institute of blood pathology and blood induced medicine, oncological clinic in Kiev, Kirovograd. Results of work are used in educational process of Ivano-Francovs national medical university and National medical academy postgraduate education named after P.L.Shupik. A field of application: medicine (radiodiagnostics).
