Essay

The object of research is to manage supply meat to the masses thresher combines. The purpose and objectives of the study - minimizing flow fluctuations meat supply inlet combine harvester threshers by developing and implementing the optimal combination of stability with feedback on the flow of grain mass deviation from the mean value and the correction for the change in yield. In carrying out their research objectives applied: methods of synthesis of optimal invariant closed systems in time for the development of algorithms for optimal synthesis of combined stabilization systems, methods of statistical dynamics control systems to justify the new relationships necessary to analyze the quality and effectiveness of combined closed control systems, methods and Seed statistical models to determine the dynamics of useful signals and noise disturbances acting on the contours of the flow stabilizing grain supply, a program of computer operations with high precision on fractional-rational functions of complex argument, developed at the Department of automating production processes Kirovograd National Technical University. The results were processed on a PC. Developed in the dissertation methodology, algorithmic and software combination of stabilizing the flow of grain mass production have been inspected and passed for implementation at JSC "Hydrosila" (Kirovograd), JSC "dosing machines" (Kirovograd), used at the Department of Automation productions Kirovograd National Technical University in the performance of state budgetary research number 33B106 "Stabilization of unstable motion multidimensional autonomous moving objects in stochastic environment", and in education department. The first time the output vector of generalized coordinates of the object, which takes into account the possibility of measuring the fluctuations yields the input headers, allowing to bring the problem of synthesis of optimal control system combined with feedback from deviation and range correction for the perturbation to the problem of determining the structure and parameters of multidimensional optimal for quadratic criterion of stability. First class for fractional-rational functions of complex argument using analytical and experimental method defined transfer function of the extended control object "angle washers cylinder - grain mass flow at the entrance to the threshing machine" and the spectral density changes in crop fields when driving combine harvester with a constant speed.
