Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of the legal regulation of access to public information. It's developed a system of principles, which should be provided with access to public information, the support of access to public information, and also it's proposed the systematization of information legislation by means of its codification. During the research, it was studied the international legal experience of relations regulation connected with access to public information and it was made suggestions about the need of the world experience of the access to public information in the national legislation formation.
