Essay

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of legal regulation of restriction of the rights of subjects of labour relations. There was disclosed the notion, essence and purpose of restrictions in the legal regulation of social relations. The general foundations and terms of applying restrictions to the subjects of social and legal relations were defined. The legal statuses of an employer and an employee were studied. There were analyzed restrictions of the rights of employers and employees in the course of legal regulation of labour relations.
