The thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of legal regulation of temporary and seasonal labour of workers under conditions of Ukraine's transfer to the market economy. There were defined the reasons and conditions for occurrence of labour relations concerning temporary and seasonal workers, which comprise a general list, but each type has its own peculiar characteristics.There were worked out the propositions concerning legal; regulation of seasonal labour within the draft of the new Labour Cod of Ukraine; given the recommendations on improvement of the legal regulation of temporary labour.
