Essay

The object of study: the processes in the working space of the furnace, the use of anthracite. Subject of study: patterns of change in the parameters of the furnace when using coal. Methods: Performed used: laboratory studies, methods of mathematical and physical modeling, mathematical statistics, passive and active experiments on iron and steel unit, a comparative analysis of the parameters of the blast furnace process. Efficiency of melting of cast-iron at partial replacement of coke is promoted by an anthracite through the change of the mode of load of shihtovih materials which allow to prevent to the hit of additional fuel in the area of formation of coke attachment; the quantitative changes of terms of the circuitous and radial distributing of the stove gases at partial replacement of coke are first definite by an anthracite, at what the loss of pressure of gas for the terms of middle of mine is below for a charge which a coal is entered in the complement of; by a mathematical model the degree of destruction of anthracite on the height of stove is definite, size of the physical loading operating on material in space of stove; it is definite, that destruction begins in lower part of mine at pressure 513 kPa; it is set, that at the expense of anthracite 33-35 kg on the ton of cast-iron, the carbon of anthracite is fully expended on gasification and reactions of direct renewal, that prevents the hit of coal in a furnace. The economic effect of the introduction of technological developments in the blast shop of PJSC "AMC" was 4,11 mln. hryvnia.
