The dissertation is deals with the field of research and decision of an actual scientific problem to work out of coordination of managerial processes on an enterprise on the basis of reflexive and hierarchical approach. The concept of coordination of managerial processes on an enterprise on the basis of reflexive and hierarchical approach is formulated and theoretically proved in work. The methods of exposure of subjective propensities to distortion of information in the system of reflexive and hierarchical coordination of managerial processes on an enterprise are offered. The methods of concordance of managerial processes on an enterprise within the framework of reflexive and hierarchical approach are offered. The information model of realization of the corresponding concept is offered. The peculiarities of realization of methods of reflexive and hierarchical coordination of managerial processes on an enterprise on the example of the machine-construction enterprise are considered.
