Dissertation work is dedicated to generalization and deepening of theoretical bases, methodical approaches and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of organizationally-economic mechanism of regulation of processes of town-planning activity by the organs of local self-government. There are the following ways of improvement of mechanism of adjusting of processes of town-planning activity: to introduce the integral method for town-planning activity regulation quality, to implement the methodical principles of forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of adjusting of processes of town-planning activity of organs of local self-government of Ukraine; to apply the organizationally-economic mechanism of adjusting of processes of town-planning activity is on the base of legal norm of superficies.
