Object - processes in the aerial lines of alternating current and their influence are on technical and economic descriptions; goal - development of the models and estimation methods of choice of priority direction of reconstruction and planning 110-750 kV the aerial lines to increase the carrying capacity of electricity transmissions, to decrease the losses of power in electric networks, to reduce electromagnetic influence on an environment; methods - methods the theory of the mathematical programming and design, the theory of differential and integral calculation, the analysis of the electromagnetic field parameters, the criterion method of analysis, the statistical theory of results of calculation, the methods of decision-making theory; novelty - structural model of transporting the power by theaerial lines of alternating current on principles of the approach systems, which differs in the account of influence of both electromagnetic and economic indexes of air-tracks, that allows to extend the search of optimal pre-project decisions of reconstruction and planning of electric power objects; is improved mathematical model for the pre-project analysis of 110-750 kV the aerial lines, which differs in the account of sizes and cost of lot lands, and on the basis of criterion method allows to get correlation of constituents in an optimal variant in the conditions of incompleteness of initial information; is offered conception for the acceptance of pre-project decision in relation to an electroenergy object, that allows with the use of method of Т. Sаатy to ground the perspective variant of reconstruction and planning 110-750 кV of aerial lines taking into account power which is passed in the corresponding class of tension in the conditions of system limitations. The results of work - dissertation job performances can be used for realization of pre-project of priority direction of reconstruction and planning 110-750 кV of aerial lines, at development of methodical recommendations in relation to the pre-project analysis of alternative variants 110-750 кV of aerial lines, and also in an educational process.
